Why is your recommended daily dose 420-840mg while other providers recommend 1,000mg or more?

One serving of Immunity Power consists of one veggie capsule, each containing 420mg of the highest quality Beta Glucan with added Vitamin D3, no fillers, dyes or preservatives added. 

Due to the high quality and purity of our Beta Glucan, the recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules per day. 1 capsule is recommended for prevention (daily use) or 2 capsules are recommended for immune boosting response (during illness or high stress times/travels) or as directed by a healthcare professional.

What is the difference between a Prebiotic, Probiotic and Immune Modulator?

Probiotic:

A Probiotic substance refers to live microorganism providing health benefits when consumed, generally by improving and restoring the gut flora.

Prebiotic:
