Shipping and Returns
We ship all orders using fulfillment by amazon so you can get fast, reliable delivery. You have three shipping options, standard (5-7 days), expedited (3 days), and priority (2 day). Standard shipping is free while expedited and priority are available for the listed rates.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
You can purchase our products risk-free with our 90-day money-back guarantee, less our shipping costs. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason or your product arrived damaged or defective, contact our customer support team by emailing email@example.com to start the return process. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a link to a shipping label with the fulfillment center address.
All items are subject to a restocking fee that covers our shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund expedited or priority shipping that you paid on the order.
